No tracking info and seller won't respond.
I paid for the item I won in a auction on July 20th and it says should arrive between the 20th - 29th, well thats in 2 days and the order still just says PAID. I have repeatedly messaged the seller with no response what do I do?

Mentor3 years agoSellers are not required to provide tracking until an "item not received" case has been opened. Possibly the seller has already shipped and tracking has not been updated.
The day after the last estimated delivery date you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate, after that you can ask eBay to step in and force the seller to refund you.
