Not necessarily; tracking is for the seller's benefit, but the seller is not required to provide it unless an "item not received" case is filed after the last estimated delivery date.

Not all sellers provide tracking information.
I would not be concerned. You have Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to help you if you do not receive the item by/on the estimated date of delivery.
Tracking is for the benefit of the seller, in case they need to prove that the item was delivered.
