no tracking #
I sent a package today and it is in a padded envelope, so how do I get paid for the product I sent? They did not give me a tracking # at the post office that I can see.

Mentor2 years agoWhat method of shipping did you use to ship the padded envelope? If it was ground advantage or priority, it comes with tracking and it would be printed on your receipt. So you need to enter that tracking number into the order. Without tracking, the buyer can file an Item Not Received case, and you will lose the case. That will require you to refund item price + shipping.
If you print the shipping label using ebay shipping, you will get a discount as you pay the commercial rate instead of the retail rate at the post office counter.
