No trace of purchase on ebay
Bought a JBL Bluetooth Speaker and set up payments through PayPal. Nothing on my purchase history on ebay.

If the item does not appear in your Ebay purchase history, did you make the purchase ON Ebay with this Ebay account you posted with and did you go through the Ebay checkout page to pay for your purchase?

OP3 years agoYes, searched on ebay. Chose product from a list of many. Buy it now option, paid when when notified via PayPal. Now no purchase history or messages of the purchase on eBay. However the transaction is on PayPal. Called eBay and they were zero help.

If the item is not there, it is possible eBay removed the listing for a policy violation, particularly if it was a too-good-to-be-true deal.
