No Title
I think I might have asked this question before however I would like to make sure I have the right answer.
I have a vehicle that I purchased and filed BK and it was never picked up that was 2019. The car is fully running I just have no need for the car.
I can not remember if I was told that I have to list the car as parts or what. I do have the registration and get tags every year. I just want to sell it and know that proper way.

BK to means bankruptcy, was it supposed to be ceased as part of the BK settlement?

Mentor2 years ago@mercysaidno24 You will need to ask legal advice to find out if you can sell it since it was supposed to be seized.
I am still not sure if you are saying the car has no title or not though.
