No shipping number
Ordered item not received. Seller said on day 3 waiting on shipping number. Advertised as USA stock and free shipping next day air. Ordered 7 days ago. No further response from seller. Have contacted EBay. Not sure I want to order anything else if can’t depend on 100% positive feedback to know if person is a reputable seller.

·2 years agoFind the item in your purchase history. That will show you the estimated date of delivery. I’ve actually sent items to buyers that got delivered without ever even getting an acceptance scan, so that’s not always dependable. I’ve also received items that never showed they were shipped. Tracking is for the seller’s benefit, anyway.
If you don’t receive the item, you have the ebay money back guarantee for 30 days after the estimated date of delivery to open an item not received case. The day after that date, you can go to the item in your purchase history and open the case. The seller has 3 days to respond. If no response, on the 4th day you can escalate the matter to ebay and they will force the refund.
(I would like to point out, also, that sometimes life happens to those of us that sell. Early in March, I was hospitalized and something sold the same day. With the fact that I was literally unconscious, there was no way for me to contact the buyer. As soon as I could - which was over a week later - I contacted the buyer, and fortunately they were very understanding. It took me another week to ship. That’s not my normal shipping time, which can be seen by my dsr’s, but it did happen that time.)
