No shipping label visible when I go to print return shipping label

Question

I am returning a phone to seller because the description doesn't match. I received a message notifying the seller accepted the return, and then I received a message that the shipping label was ready to be printed (from Ebay) and status shows a USPS shipping number, but the screen below that (with Chrome / Edge) is both empty, there is no label there. No Print pop-up. No pop-up blockers. What is wrong?

Try viewing and printing your label in another browser such as Firefox, or try saving and opening the label using a PDF reader such Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used to make the original purchase when printing the label.
