No shipping exclusions on seller account but buyer getting error message
US based seller
Buyer is in Australia
I have no exclusions on my account and have shipped many items internationally
Current buyer is getting an error message saying I don't post to their address but there is nothing I can change on my end
Any ideas on what the issue may be or how to get this corrected?

Other reasons include the seller not specifying a valid shipping method for that country, the item not qualifying for the chosen shipping method due to weight or dimensions, or specific rules limiting import or export of certain items or categories.
If I look at your listings using an Australian postal code to calculate shipping estimates, I see "shipping not specified" in the search results, even though there is an eBay International Shipping price quoted if I open the listing, so it is not clear what the actual issue is.

MentorSep 13, 2026 at 3:23 PM@collectible_kiosk Looking at your listings I do not see an item that should be excluded from Australia. Please share the listing item number. Sometimes a keyword incorrectly blocks an item and revising the listing lets it go through.

This is very common.
Many countries have introduced safety and packaging regulations that prevent some items from being shipped there using the eBay International Shipping Program ( eIS).
If you go to that listing and look at the countries you ship to, if Australia is not on that list, it's the item itself that is blocked and not the country.
If Australia is on the list, something else is triggering the block. If that's the case, please update this post and we'll be happy to try to help.
