no service available when trying to ship

Trying to print shipping label but I get NO SERVICE AVAILABLE. Buyer has track record and lives in a major city. Can't get anyone from eBay on the phone. Any thoughts?

@dgallo1291 I have seen other reports of this issue. I recommend trying to print the label in the morning OR print one from Pirateship.com. They charge the same commercial base rates as eBay.
