No seller contact on order place on 09/18/2026. no shipping info as of 10/03/2026
Have reach out to seller twice with no response . Made order on 09/18/2026 . Canceled order now ebay says we have to wait on seller to respond. We want a refund of our money as it appears the seller is no legit in this sale, what do we need to do?

Mentor1 week agoIf the seller was working with you to resolve the issue, I'd say wait a little longer. But since that is not the case, I would file the INR [item not received] case right away in order to protect you and your money. I am sorry that the seller did not respond, they certainly should have and they should have been working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Most sellers would do that as you are a valuable customer.
