Hello, I just bought an iPhone pro 14, but at the time of paying I found out that the purchase could not be processed. I tried later but I check on the credit card and I see that if I have been debited that value from my card

OP2 years agoThe purchase was not processed and the value was debited from my card.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
