In this forum, we see issues every day involving Sellers that do not accept returns. We hear from both the Buyers and the Sellers.
When a Seller offers returns, even if they have returns where the Buyer pays return shipping, if the Buyer sends the item back and it's different than as sent, that Seller can deduct up to 50% of the refund for loss of value. Sellers that do not accept returns must issue full refunds.
On a positive note, it's great that you ship internationally! That opens your listings to many more potential Buyers.
