No returns policy not appearing
I'd created a no returns policy a few months ago. I don't use it much but tried to use it for a new listing today. It does not appear on the list of avaiable options in the draft, and doesn't appear in Seller Hub as one of my created policies. I tried to create a new No Returns policy but get a dialogue box that I already have one and should use my exisint policy.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Mentor9 months ago@rora_5589 ,
Are you aware that a no returns/refunds policy only works for a Buyer's remorse return reason: Didn't fit, ordered the wrong item, found another for less..etc. Any other reason such as arrived damaged, doesn't work, wrong item sent... etc. means that the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy will trump a no returns/refunds policy.
Maybe you should open the link below and read the MBG's policies.

OP9 months agoHi. Thanks for responding. Yes I’m aware of that. I only want to use it for a new, factory sealed vintage vinyl album, and for non working pocket watches sold for parts. That sort of thing

OP9 months agoAre the three you see available in the listing to use? Yes
Are you sure one of them is not the no-returns one? Yes
Are all your listings using Business Policies or is this one an exception? I use it for all listings

As a buyer exclusively, these sorts of seller-side issues are a little outside of my wheelhouse, unfortunately.

Mentor9 months agoSorry I was "off" pretty much all of yesterday.
I sadly have no clue why this happening.
@rora_5589 Can you please open the existing return policies and post a photo of them here? If the community filters do not allow to post a photo you can private message me the images here in the community.

Mentor9 months agoGo here and make sure the policy is still there:

Note that returns are mandatory for items over $10 in Motors>parts and accessories.

OP9 months agoThanks for your answer. When I go to the link you posted, it pulls up 3 return policies I’d created in the past and regularly use. But it doesn’t pull up my no returns policy. When I try to add a new policy for no returns, I get a dialogue box saying I can’t create a new “no returns†policy because I already have one and should use that one. But the catch 22 is that my old policy isn’t listed anywhere for me to access in a new listing
