No returns, NOT what I ordered.
I wasn't paying attention and placed an order for Nutrafol sadly there are no returns. I use it
so I know what it smells like. What I got was not Nutrafol. It reeked of garlic. I sent a message to the seller and never heard back.
Any suggestions what to do next?

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It will ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received.
