"No Returns" in my listing - buyer wants to return?

Question

Do I have to accept a return or issue refund for clothing item "too big" as stated by buyer? My listing states "No Returns". Thanks.

You do not have to accept remorse returns.

If the buyer opens a case through eBay saying the item is not as described, you will have to refund. When to issue the refund depends on whether it is worth the time and money to have it back. To get the item back, you will have to provide a return shipping label. Once the item is returned, you will be refunding in full (item price and shipping).
If you want to cut your losses, refund without having the item back.
