No returns accepted
So my item said in the Description that it was tested in fully functional. I tried it and it clearly doesn't work properly. Seller has no returns expected. What are my best Ebay options? As for now I am going to try and use manufacturers warranty.

Mentor2 years ago@gumm29529034 click on 'return this item' and choose 'doesn't work' for the reason and the seller will have to send u a prepaid return shipping label per ebay policy, despite their no returns policy
