What does it mean when the listed item says "no returns" when you purchase a new item ?

What does it mean when the listed item says "no returns" when you purchase a new item ?

It means that unless the item is not as described, you will not be able to return it. You may want to find a seller with a friendlier return policy if you think there is a possibility that you won't like the item.

Yes, unless the seller lists the item as "for parts only," it is expected to work properly. Statements like "untested" or "as is" don't qualify.
