No return shipping labels??
I sold something and the buyer wanted to return. I approved the return and requested EBAY send a shipping label. Instead, EBAY just refunded the buyer. No shipping label.
Similar in buying. I wanted to return an item. I got an EBAY email saying that my shipping label is on the way. No label and EBAY refunded me.
Any one know what's going on with EBAY??
Also, no phone support anymore???
