no return shipping label
Hello,
I disputed an item as "not as described" and received my refund. I've been waiting for the return shipping label, so that I can return the item, and it has yet to arrive. I've messaged the seller twice. How long should I wait before giving the item away?

Mentor3 years agoIf you were refunded, you do not have to return the item. Seller may have selected not to pay for the return and just refund without requiring a return. However, if seller made a mistake and still wants it back, it is up to you if you want to honor a request for return if seller provides a prepaid label.
