No return label sent
Seller has agreed to the return, although site says "no returns". Credit received but ebay has not provided a return label and seller has not been able to resolve this issue. Chatbot is of no assistance.
Any suggestions?

Once you have received a refund, you cannot get a return label through eBay.
Typically the seller will refund after the item has been returned, if the seller wants the item back. If the seller still wants the item, the seller will have to provide a prepaid return label some other way.

OP8 months agoThank you! This makes sense, but even the original emails did not contain a label or a link to print one. Can't print what they don't give me. (Seller has been great to work with. Ebay, chatbot loop is worthless.)

If the seller refunds outright, there is no label to send. It is up to the seller whether to refund immediately, or else to provide a label and wait for a return to refund.
