No return label closed case
I requested 2 times for a return label without receiving. Ebay closed the case. I went to AI and they said I would have a return call in 3 minutes but its now been 40 minutes without a call. Please help

If you have been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. You are no longer required to return the item.
If the Seller wants the item returned now, they need to purchase and send you a label.
