No return auction with rude customer
Okay so my late husband was involved with the NFL one of his friends and HOF players gave him a signed ball at a dinner one night in the 90s. I hit rough times and forced to sell a lot of his collectibles. I list this ball, no returns on the listing. Guy messages and asks for COA I tell him there is none how I obtained the ball etc. He whines and asks for huge discount (30%) which is went ahead and accepted. 3 weeks later he comes back and sais it's not real ( mind you i was there when it was signed) knowing there is a photo somewhere i mention that. I then get seriously sick and end up in hospital for major abdominal intestinal surgery. He continues messages even after I agree to return his money if her returns the ball ( I know it's real I have no problem taking it back and refunding him) then the guy threatened to leave bad reviews if I dont sent him the photos. Im not even allowed to walk for another 3 weeks unassisted. Plus it was already discounted he knew there was no coa and it was a no return auction......ehat do I do?
