no return adress for return

Question

I attempted to return a phone I bought for a senior and the add said free returns so when I tried I was sent directions and no usable

return address. The return directions from EBAY said go to UPS or POST OFFICE and buy a label, so I went to three different UPS stores and they said they need an address before they can do anything...so then I went to two different Post Offices and they both said they could sell me a label for $45 dollars ad I could hang it o my wall but there is nowhere to send it to. The return address EBAY gave me is: Catch Panda LLC AShattoura Tahta 82621. UPS and POST OFFICE asy this is not an address yet EBAY says in there efrturn page this is return address.

@rob43528 Did you file the Return Request through Ebay? If so, you should have received a prepaid return shipping label from Ebay to use to ship the item back to the seller.
