Can anyone help me please. eBay took money about of my account to refund someone who did not return the item. I am so angry and can’t get anyone to talk to me. This has been so frustrating. I plan on filing legal action this week. They won’t even tell me the address my item was supposedly shipped to because nobody will respond to me. I have a serious hatred at this point and want to tear them down.
