    BKR received the Short Block engine as ordered. The box was torn up and the engine only has 87 psi compression. Any mechanic knows that at 110-130psi is required. My guys put in 1/1/2 hrs in reassembling this Stihl chainsaw for the customer. No START. Not sure what your selling, but I'm "**bleep** at this piece of Junk" Why would you even ship a part in a box in that condition? Our shop Rate is $65/hr.
