No response from the seller - What a brilliant way to run a business
I am increasingly disappointed with the buying experience on ebay platform. Sellers often only share product photos and expect buyers to purchase without providing essential details. While sizes are listed, sizing standards differ across regions, manufacturers in Asia and Europe use different measurements. Asking for clarification about size should be a normal and respected part of the process, yet SELLERs rarely respond or even acknowledge such requests.
Nearly six months ago, one seller apologized for a delayed reply, but now I find that no sellers are responding at all. What is the point of selling items if sellers refuse to provide the basic information buyers need? This lack of communication undermines trust and makes the platform feel unreliable.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this decline in service quality and urge eBay to address the issue of seller responsiveness. Buyers deserve accurate information and timely replies when making purchasing decisions.
Silence must be the new customer service standard on eBay.

I completely understand the advice to move on to another seller if one is not providing enough details or responding to reasonable questions. The problem is, I actually did that. I reached out to another seller listing the same items, and they didn't respond either.
That's exactly why I'm questioning what eBay has turned into. When sellers ignore basic buyer inquiries, it undermines trust in the platform.
I believe eBay was built on trust and transparency, yet experiences like this make it feel more like gamble than a marketplace. I can no longer justify staying on this platform.

If a seller is not providing sufficient details to necessary make an informed purchase decision, find another seller to purchase from. If a seller is not responding a reasonable question that is not answered in the listing, likewise, find another seller that is more responsive or more forthcoming.
