No response from shipper

Question

Trying to get expiration dates on Epson ink cartridges. All four shippers does not respond. Unable to obtain ebay customer service email address.

Although eBay prefers that Sellers respond to questions, the Seller is not required to. And eBay cannot force a Seller to respond.

Have you already purchased the cartridges? If so, once they are delivered, if they are not as shown in the listing, you would have up to 30 days from delivery to open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay. The Sellers are required to respond to that request with either a prepaid return label or a refund. But you would need to open that request on the eBay site to start the refund process.

In the meantime, the eBay Customer Service Agents would not be able to contact the four shippers for you.

@denmur657 If a seller will not provide the information you need, find another seller that has that information in the listing or that is willing to respond to your question to purchase from.
