No response from seller or EBay going on 6 months!!!
Bought item as a Guest on EBay. Did not work as promised. Returns WERE accepted, and there was clearly a refund policy in effect, even for guest purchases.. Getting ready to put this on National TV if someone does not resolve this soon! You even closed my case in the middle of me going back and forth about this!! I am stuck with an item that does not work, and the seller TSFIND will not do anything to fix this. I am still waiting for the return label since Oct 2023, and a refund!!!

Mentor2 years agoOpening a case with eBay is not enough. You must keep track of the case and if the seller does not cooperate, you must ask eBay to step in. If you do not act, eBay will close the case automatically after thirty days or so.
If you have waited to long for help from eBay, you may still have a chance to pursue a case through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer some protection for up to six months from the date of purchase -- though PayPal may be changing this soon.
