Seller has one pic, won't respond to ebay message about needing pic of back side..says no refunds...i need to know how hacked up it could be

Undisclosed damage/flaws makes an item ‘not as described’ … so you’d still be covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
But it’s usually best to move on to a more communicative seller.
