No response from seller about faulty parts
Ordered 2 drill batteries and both came faulty. Messaged seller multiple times over the past several months with no response. What do I do?

What you should have done is to open a return to send back the faulty items. You had 30 days after receipt to do this, so if you have waited several months eBay can no longer help.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for the defective items.
