No response from seller.
I ordered a product its been paid for over a week. I have not gotten and shipping information at all its been listed paid for a week.I have sent 3 emails in 4 days and have not gotten a response. This has never happened to me in all of the years I have been buying from Ebay. Any suggestions?? I am getting very frustrated. Thank you for any help.

Sellers are not required to respond to messages or to provide tracking until after an "item not received" case has been filed after the last estimated delivery date. Obviously many sellers will communicate as a matter of good customer service, but not all sellers do so.

Mentor4 months agoWhen is the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History? If there is no tracking, file an "item not received" case the next day. You can ask eBay to step in three business days later to force a refund.
