He needs to ship within his handling time, to meet the estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history. You must wait until then to ask eBay to help.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts. The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Ordered it the the second of February. I’ve received all my other packages in a timely matter. Haven’t had a response from the seller not even an update. No time frame nothing.
Click on the item and look at the shipping tab - what is the seller's handling time? Today is 3 business days after the 2nd - the weekend doesn't count - so if he has a 3 day handling time, it should ship today. Not every seller can ship next day.
Main concern is if I didn’t like the item. The return policy wouldn’t apply anymore. Says should shipped 2 days after the payment cleared. Should be cleared by now
If the seller accepts returns, you have 30 days after receipt to open a return request for ‘I don’t like it’ or other buyer’s remorse reasons. The clock does not start until you receive your purchase.
What is the item #? (Not your order # - the item # shown below the title when you view the order details.)
Well, your seller is very new, but looks good so far. He is located in China, although the item says it is stocked in CA. Many international sellers have warehouse and distribution services in the US, but if he runs out, it may ship from China. You won’t know until he ships.
Since it says shipping from CA, you should have a delivery date something like a week or so after your purchase date, so you won’t have to wait too much longer to open a not received claim if he doesn’t ship.
