No response from seller

Question

I ordered something from the seller libekyl. Over a week ago it still hasn't shipped. I've been texting him since February 1st and got no response. It won't let me cancel my order. What do I do? I just noticed they only have 11% positive feedback. I just want my money back. I've already ordered it from somewhere else. It will be here Monday.

You don't have to mail the seller.

Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They can request a refund if an item doesnâ€™t show up.

So first, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
