No response from seller

Question

I ordered the items on the 16th I messaged the seller to see if they could get it to me before Christmas. No response. I have sent several messages since and no response. The seller hasnâ€™t sent the items out and I canâ€™t cancel the order. Beyond frustrating

@wigginslcandm1021 . Sorry the seller hasn't responded. Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If it is over that you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from date of purchase.
