Any one know how to contact ebay customer service not the automated mess i have tried that didnt get anywhere with that!!!

Mentor2 years agoCustomer service can not force a seller to respond, and can not contact the seller for you.
If you haven’t received your item, is it past the last estimated delivery date?
If you received an item that does not match the description, have you started a return?

OP2 years agoI received the items the problem is its past the return day limit but the sellers add says item has a 3 year warranty and i need the item warrantied i have tried to contact the seller several times and i have had no response from seller! This wouldn't be a big deal if it was only a couple dollars but when its $650 plus its a blg deal!

Mentor2 years agoeBay does not enforce seller extended warranties - they can only help for 30 days after receipt.
When did you receive it? Most credit card issuers will help for about 6 months - you can call them and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item if hasn’t been longer than that.

OP2 years agoSep 21 2023 Well that sucks i guess the so called warranty is just a joke! Ebay shouldn't let sellers false advertise with fake warranties!!!!

Mentor2 years agoContact your card issuer - they should be open a dispute for you. Sept is only 3 months ago.
We all agree on the warranty issue - they should not be allowed to say it.

Mentor2 years agoIt is actually very easy. I’ve used my card issuer for help three times (not for eBay issues, but it doesn’t matter) and they are very helpful. You’re asking them to take money back from someone else, so it isn’t costing them anything 🙂

eBay doesn't have a 'so called warranty'. It has a 'Money Back Guarantee' that is good for 30 days after receipt of the item. [eBay's stated policy is that sellers are responsible for whatever they put in their listings ... and, yes, sellers put things in their listings that eBay doesn't enforce.]
That said, if you purchased the item less than 2 months ago ... you should be able to get refunded easily by either PayPal or your credit card company. [You may have to pay the return shipping yourself ... depending on the situation.]
