No response from Ebay customer service - please help!
In May I ordered an item from Ebay that never arrived. However, I left on a trip shortly after and didn't realize my card had been charged even though the seller never even printed a label or shipped the item. Ebay has not responded to any of my attempts to get help, and I have been unable to reach a real person. Any advice? The item was not cheap!

It is beyond the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
You can file a dispute through Paypal or go through your credit card company.
