No response from buyer and local pickup help?!?
Hey everyone!
Soo I got a new order and I reached out to the buyer about the pickup, but no response…
My question is are there rules or guidelines for this issue?
For example.. After sending multiple messages and hoping for their response, there’s nothing! I was thinking about just issuing a refund, but I don’t wanna do anything to rash before knowing eBay rules or grace periods. If there’s even such a thing?!?
So if there is, can somebody please enlighten me on them and if not, what would you do if it was you dealing with this issue?

·2 years agoI'd give them a week to make arrangements to pick up the item.
If you don't hear anything, cancel the order and use a problem with the buyers address as the reason to cancel and refund.
Sometimes with local pick up, all the buyer sees is free in the shipping section, but don't notice the local pick up part.
