No response for a fraud claim
I have a situation where we called Ebay to report fraud on our account. Someone hacked our PayPal account and charged three gaming computers with the total nearing $4900.00 through Ebay. Nothing in the transaction ever showed up on my account, yet they sent the merchandise to a warehouse in New Jersy. This happened three weeks ago and it still does not show up in my purchases. We live in a different state. I never heard back from Ebay about the fraud. They just closed my account to pro tect the community. To me this is a really messed up way to handle this case. Can anyone tell me the best route for resolution?

Mentor2 years ago@kanndak1 Since the items were not in your purchase history that means your eBay account was not hacked. You need to dispute this with PayPal. Sorry this happened to you.
