No response after TV purchase.
I am a Totally Disabled Viet Nam veteran . The concept you touted was plausible so I did what I ALWAYS said I would not do and purchased the $490.55 television. The EBay ‘guarantee’ cemented the decision. After one week without any contact, I made the decision to cancel. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY ADEQUATE RESPONSE!!! My elderly friends TOLD me to not deal with you folks. I swear, once I get my money- YOU WILL NEVER EVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN!!!

Mentor10 months agoI'm sorry to hear that your seller is unresponsive. Buyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. It is up to the seller to accept and file the cancellation, and not all sellers will do so. If your seller will not cancel, you will be able to do the following:
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
