i bought a scope . it plainly states it a pistol scope it is not. now the sealer will not answer me. i am a gun smith i know what im talking about. i just want to return it. ebay will not take a report on this . why?

I am sorry that happened!
You should open a Return Request. It doesn't matter if the seller says 'no returns', there are returns for 30 days.
The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
