No reply from the seller regarding return request
Hello,
I asked return the item Morrocan Oil which order number is 04-09613-25428 on Mar. 15, 2023.
I still didn't get any reply from the seller regarding the return process.
Could you please check the status and let you know what's the next step?

Mentor3 years agoThe system is automated, so you don't have to wait for the seller. Did you open a return request from your purchase history? Once you do, the seller has 3 business days to refund or request a return th item. You return the item and get a refund. Or if the sell e doesn't respond, you return to the case on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in. They will issue a refund from the seller's funds.
