No reply after multiple emails to seller
I purchased an XBox SeriesX on November 16th. The seller listed as “MakeOffer†we went back&forth 1/2 times, they accepted and were auto paid. I haven’t seen any progress at all. Both my husband and I have sent multiple emails and we’ve been completely ignored. The total is $340. That’s a lot of money, especially to us. We don’t want a refund. We want the item. How do we get the buyer to cooperate?
