No refunds

Question

I am hot happy to my apeal. I disnt receive my purchase and it is returnning to seller. They tried to give once but i was not home. After that they didnt come back anymore to try again to leave my purchase. Now is coming back to seller and ebay dont want to refund me. Ir is not correct!!!!

Go to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.
