No refund received
I won an eBay item and apparently paid for it, and then was told by the seller that he was mistaken and didn’t have the item and that he would refund me. This was over 10 days ago and I have not received a refund and I cannot get help from eBay.

Mentor8 months ago@donnaho Did the seller cancel the order as out of stock, or using another reason? If they did then you should get your refund in 3 to 5 business days.
If they did NOT cancel then unfortunately you will have to wait until one day past the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request.
Ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after filing the refund request if the seller has not refunded you.
An eBay agent can not make the seller refund sooner.
