No Refund on Listing Fee after 4 Days Unpaid?

Question

I had a Buyer who did not pay after 4 days and the listing automatically cancelled (set seller preferences) but I was not refunded the listing fee. Why is that?

I don't feel it is fair that I am charged the listing fee when I sent invoices and messages to the Buyer. What should I do to ensure I get my listing fee refunded?

Any advice is very helpful!

Your listing was in Real Estate > Land I think that type of listing works differently in regards to listing fees.

After 4days you cancel the sale due to nonpayment and the buyer receives a strike and your fees will be returned.
