No refund.. No exchange
Thanks Ebay..... for nothing.
Just to let you know the item was returned to supplier (after phone call to confirm postal address etc) and have heard nothing and received nothing back.
No refund of money, and
No exchange of parts (this is what I preferred)
I have emailed supplier DMC Mowers numerous times and called but still nothing is resolved.
I have not used ebay much in the past and going by this experience I won't be using ebay in the future if this is how online purchase and exchange operates.
Very disappointed.
