No refund from seller
How do you contact eBay actually to speak to someone about a problem? I sent an item back to a seller after it failed and he said he would give me a refund. He says he received the item back but still no refund. He no longer answers emails so I asked ebay to step in but ebay told me to start a return case but Ive already sent the item back.
