No refund from Ebay
Hello, does anyone have a working phone number to Ebay support where you can get a human to help you? I have tried everything I can find on Ebays site and on Google and cant find any help on receiving a repayment for a broken part that was shipped to me. The case is closed and it says the refund has been issued. There is no record of the refund on my card statement and there is no way to contact Ebay for help eventhough Ebay states that they have a money back guarantee... Still haven't seen any money on this supposed ''guarantee''. Can anyone help me get intouch with the right person?
