No refund
Buyer received item back but hasn’t refunded (and it was expensive!). I have sent her four messages, but no response. What recourse do I have? I can’t find any way to have eBay step in. TIA

Did you use the ebay supplied return label?
When does tracking show the seller received the item back?

OP3 years agoI returned through eBay and seller acknowledged receipt. She said eBay showed that it had already been refunded. But what it actually said (she sent me the eBay message) was you can’t refund this right now because an item is open in this order. I have no idea what that means - I returned everything in the order and she acknowledged it. I’ve messaged her four times since, but no response.
