No Refund

Question

I wanted to purchase a used tire for my vehicle. In the purchase the tire could not be delivered to my area. The the was returned, the seller refunded the money to eBay, and I have never received my refund. I should have received the refund September the 6th when it was refunded back to eBay we're in the month of October now how many months are going to go by before I get my refund of $79?

@sogon_71 Contact customer service to inquire about your refund. The refund should have gone back to the payment method you use to purchase the tire.
